Issue Summary

When there is a screen where only the comment field will be present when using that screen in a transition on a desktop. The same transition in Jira mobile does not have this screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a screen
2. Remove all custom fields
3. Associate the screen with a workflow transition
4. Transition a ticket

Expected Results

• Be prompted to add a comment before the transition completes

Actual Results

• The issue transitions immediately

Comment on the issue before transitioning
