Summary

Right now, '@' mentions follow a different logic than the one specified on the project Notification scheme, and thus it is not possible to customize when the notification should be sent or not.

Similarly to what's requested on Ability to disable the @mention notifications for a specific project, Jira should have further customization for the @ mention notifications.
