'Language Support' in Jira is not translating the 'User picker' field message: "Please enter 1 more character"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a custom field: "Test User Picker field type" with type: User Picker
2. Add the field to a Service Desk Screen:
3. Add the field to Request type: Get IT help
4. Click on 'Language Support' and add a language and select the field to be translated
5. Login using a customer account to Portal, set the same language set in customer profile
6. When trying to raise a Ticket with request type: "Get IT help". We could see that the Custom field is translated however, the message displayed below the field is not. Screenshot attached
