Issue Summary

Site Title being displayed with a Link Color(blue) instead of white as the rest of the menu

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose   > System. 
2. In the User interface section, click Look and feel.
3. Check Show Site Title
4. Click Update.

Expected Results

Site Title color should match the color scheme

Actual Results

Site Title color is a link color(blue)

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
