Issue Summary

The site title if enabled in the new version of Jira v8.12 doesn't look nicely formatted. The font size is large and the margin around the text is not right either.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install v8.12
2. Go to System >> Look and Feel and Enable the 'Site title' >> Click update

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
