When setting up your profile, configuring Calendars (Service Desk) and configuring Calendars (Confluence) you get to choose between many different Time Zones.

However, some of our users from Mainland China are asking for more options. 

Within your Jira Profile Settings and Jira Service Desk Calendars the option "GMT+8 Shanghai" is available. 

Some of our users are asking where the option for GMT+8 Beijing is within Jira while simultaneously missing the option for GMT+8 Shanghai within Confluence (but that is for another ticket)
