Accessing Jira Colorpicker URI throws 404 error

Issue Summary

Customers are facing issues while using Jira colorpicker URI in one of the plugins(Zephyr). It is Jira URI throwing 404 error (OOP's you have found a dead link) when they try to access this page.

http://JIRA_URL/secure/popups/colorpicker.jsp?element=statusColor

The problem is reproducible on Jira 8.12.0 and 8.12.1 versions.

The problem is because of missing files:

colorpicker_jsp.class --> from the directory $JIRA_INSTALL/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/jsp/secure/popups/colorpicker_jsp.class

colorpicker_jsp.class --> from the directory $JIRA_INSTALL/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/classes/jsp/template/standard/colorpicker_jsp.class

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira Software 8.12.0 version and login to Jira instance.
2. Try to access the URLs mentioned below by editing the URL in a different tab.

   http://JIRA_URL/secure/popups/colorpicker.jsp
   

   http://JIRA_URL/secure/popups/colorpicker.jsp?element=statusColor
   

Expected Results

It should return a popup a window for color selection (screenshot attached).

Actual Results

We get 404 error page Oops, you've found a dead link (screenshot attached).

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
