As a Data Center Administrator, I want to see more detailed and actionable reports in Clustering plugin

Problem definition

JRASERVER-63548 brought us Cluster Monitoring Plugin that allows us to see cluster nodes, check their status and generate reports.
The plugin can be extended to provide more value.

Suggested solutions

• Show node version (like Jira 8.6, Jira 8.5; helpful during the zero-downtime upgrade)
• In Jira DC: split Custom Fields Indexing report into two separate tables; enrich the report, show the data on the chart.
• Add the cluster management feature: removing the node from the cluster, moving the node to an offline state. Currently available via Jira REST API.
