Issue Summary

When you edit a commit or ticket description that has a table and there are is a bullet list in the table when you hit return it no longer creates a bullet for the new line like it used to.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click to edit an issue Description.
2. Add a table
3. Inside the column create a Bullet List
4. Click return/enter to create a new Line/Bullet.

Expected Results

The new line should have the Bullet Point.

Actual Results

No bullet point created for subsequent lines.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
