Issue Summary

When using a horizontal rule with bullet points without adding a space in between the horizontal rule and bullet points then the bullets points gets distorted

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to visual mode
2. add some text
3. in the next line add bullet points
4. go to step 1 and select horizontal rule
5. Send to the customer or save internally
6. the bullet points get distorted as given here

Expected Results

bullet point should not get distorted

Actual Results

It gets distorted on saving the content

Workaround

Using text mode to add formatting option will help to resolve the issue
