Issue Summary

When trying to click the star (meaning favorite) in dashboard editing page, the star remains black(favorite), and not be able to change it to white(un-favorite).

It is no problem in version  8.6, but seems it can be reproduced in Jira 8.7 ~ 8.12.

Steps to Reproduce

• Top > Dashboards > Manage Dashboards > Create New Dashboard
• Or editing an existing dashboard

Expected Results

The favorite star can be changed from black(favorite) to white(un-favorite).

Actual Results

The favorite star cannot be changed, and remains black.

Workaround

un-favorite the dashboard from dashboard list screen.
