    Description

      I would like all my users to be watchers of an issue by default if they report an issue. Could you add a switch somewhere that turns such behaviour on? Maybe it should be a user-changeable part of a user's profile?

      As an example, I would like to watch all issues I report on jira.atlassian.com by default.
