Issue Summary

Jira's Long Term Support (LTS) versions should bundle upgraded Apache Tomcat versions, similar to the latest releases (i.e. Jira 8.11)

Steps to Reproduce

Not applicable.

Expected Results

Jira's latest LTS release (Jira 8.5.7) should bundle Apache Tomcat 8.5.56

Actual Results

Apache Tomcat 8.5.42 is bundled.

Workaround

Manually upgrade Tomcat using the process described on: How to upgrade Apache Tomcat version.
