Improve the user interface to allow users to differentiate between disabling CAPTCHA on signup and disabling CAPTCHA on login.

      Currently, whenever a Jira System Administrator access the administrative panel, by using the following options to disable CAPTCHA on signup:

      • Jira Administration Icon > System > Edit settings

      The user interface will display the field to disable CAPTCHA on login and the option to disable it on signup. However, as both options are close to one another, it can be confusing and the user interface could be improved to better reflect the difference:
