When Jira is running on Oracle DB, irrespective of the database version, the type in dbconfig.xml and also in System Info UI, is always shown as 10g.
This was probably introduced for entity mapping but its a little confusing when the version used is different.
So a better way would be probably to change it to just Oracle instead of mentioning the 10g version.
