As a Jira admin, I'd like to monitor privileged user activity

      As a requirement for our enterprise environment, we are required to implement monitoring of privileged user accounts and implement a system to alert when suspicious activity occurs.

      We'd like this feature to be implemented in Jira, perhaps, as part of the Jira audit logging
