Issue Summary

In case of looking for groups with the special characters such as & or # or + on name by using the "Add users to a role" feature, it stops working at the first special character that is typed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a group with the special characters & or # (E.g.: "#TestingGroup 2020");
2. Try to add that group into your project role by typing "#TestingGroup".

Expected Results

JIRA shows the specific JIRA group;

Actual Results

JIRA shows every group with "#" on its name.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
