Currently, uploaded image files for user avatars/profile pictures are limited to 10 megapixels and automatically resized to roughly 48x48 pixels. Uploading files larger than 10 megapixels results in an error.

It'd be nice to have a configurable limit to this file upload in case users want to upload larger files for their user avatars.
