Provide usage statistics for Jira items

      Problem Definition

      Currently, Jira does not provide any internal tool to display usage statistics from Jira items (e.g. How many times a dashboard, board or plan was accessed), so users do not have a consistent way to purge unused items on Jira.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a section on Jira's UI to display this information, allowing users to easily find and remove unused items.
