      Problem Definition

      When Jira has performance problems due to Environmental issues it's hard to collect all required data at the right timeframe.
      Also, having the Application point of view is important, since it helps to isolate other factors (like permissions, QoS, DB Execution plans, etc)

      Suggested Solution

      Create a testing tool embedded in the product to collect the performance stats (In-product diagnostics) related to Environment: Disk performance, DB latency and Query time, Network latency and throughput.

      Workaround

      Use Test disk access speed for Jira server performance troubleshooting
