BulkEdit Progression screen showing more than the limit of 1000 issues

Issue Summary

Jira is respecting the limit of 1000 when using BulkEdit. Running a JQL search on the edited issue returns 1000.

But during the BullEdit the progression screen is wrongly showing more than 1000 issues in this case 1438 see attached screenshot
The BulkEdit functionality is not affected but it is confusing for the users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use BulkEdit and select 1000 issues
2. Follow the BulkEdit steps
   
3. The progression screen show more than 1000 issues being edited

Expected Results

The BulkEdit progression screen displays the exact number of the edited issues

Actual Results

The BulkEdit progression screen display a number higher than the limit

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
