Jira Software createmeta Endpoints are missing schema details

Steps to Reproduce

The documentation is available here and here.

Expected Results

Much like the deprecated version of these endpoints, getmeta, their updated counterpart should also include the Schema definition.

Actual Results

The schema definition is currently missing.

Workaround

They are known to be a flattened version in the following structure: project/items[]/issuetype/items (all paged).
