Issue Summary

Character '&' in group names are interpreted as '&' by Jira. Due to this when you try to remove the group from a project role, the below error prompts -
eg. group name is *Create&SR
{*color:#DE350B}Group 'Create&SR' cannot be removed from permission 'Bulk Change' since it is not a member of this permission.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a group with '&' in it, say Create&SR and add users to it.
2. Add the group to a global permission.
3. Now try to delete 'Create&SR' from the global permission.

Expected Results

The group gets deleted from the global permission.

Actual Results

The error in the screenshot is thrown.

Workaround

The user will have to rename the group name, remove the & and try deleting. As this is not possible from the UI, user will have to edit the same in the database - KB
