Issue Summary
When the Default time zone changes from IST (GMT+5:30(Kolkata)) to the time zone (GMT+4(Baku)) the issues' timestamps are getting updated with 1 hour forwarded. (We have also verified if there are any Day list saving changes and also by updating system time zone and Jira's time zone to the same one but still, the issue persists.)
This issue is reproducible only when the timezone is set to GMT+4(Baku)).
Steps to Reproduce
- Check an issue's "updated time " when the time zone is set to (GMT+5:30(Kolkata))
- Change the time zone from (GMT+5:30(Kolkata)) to the time zone (GMT+4(Baku)) by navigating to (Jira administration > System > "Edit settings" under General configuration and internationalization update the timezone)
Expected Results
The issue "updated time" should move backward by 1hour 30 minutes as per the difference in time zone but it's moving only by 30minutes.
Actual Results
The "updated time" is getting updated with timestamp 1 hour forward.
Workaround
- Change the timezone to (GMT+04:00)Dubai, Muscat, Tbilisi, Yerevan from the time zone (GMT+4(Baku), the timezone changes will work normally.
