I think a way to create predefined filters and save them on a project level, and on a personal level, is important. As far as I can see, there is no easy way to say "Show me outstanding issues for Version XXX" or some other filter that I may find useful. Being able to edit and save these would make it easy to keep everybody happy with the "Preset Filters" that are up on the top of the Filter panel.
