Ability to add or remove multiple project role actors

    Description

      Currently, it is only possible to add a single user/group to a project role at a time. Similarly, it is only possible to delete a single user/group from a role at a time.

      It'd be useful for an ability for a bulk operation on this where multiple users/groups can be added or removed in a single request.
