Problem Definition

At this time, Extended Project Administrators are able to edit the workflow in use by a project by adding new statuses and transitions; however, they are unable to adjust the various properties of the statuses and transitions.

It'd be beneficial to allow Extended Project Administrators to designate specific transitions and statuses to set resolution values in, without necessarily having to grant permissions to modify post-functions.
