@mentions not working properly - Support X-HEADER for that

      I got mentioned in one of our Issue and still only got a "commented on" Email

      and Im not in the watchers List for this Issue but I was the Creator of the Issue.

      Email was "This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.4.2#804003-sha1:d21414f)"

       

      I Still thing such things which are Important to a lot of people to filter their emails properly and ensure a fast working environment, it would be an easy to fix Solution to add as Email-Headers.

       

      So extending JRASERVER-3933 to also add Header
