This was reported by a user of our Jira server today, they reported that they lost work on a detailed comment they were writing in one of these dialogs.

When the escape key is pressed or page navigation is attempted in the Edit or Comment dialogs a popup prevents the user from closing or navigating and losing their work accidentally.

Previously this was made consistent for other dialogs in JRASERVER-41814 however this prompt does not pop up for the Assign, Link, and Log Work actions and work is immediately lost when pressing the escape key.

This also does not happen for custom workflow screens that include the comment field.

Can this be made consistent with the Edit and inline comment dialogs and prompt before closing if a form has been partially filled out?
