JIRA Enterprise Release Zero Down Time Upgrade/UI Direct Upgrade Patches

      Currently, we are not able to upgrade JIRA patches/bugfix directly via UI. It would be even better if we could upgrade or apply the patch without manually installing it, something similar to JIRA Software/Service Desk upgrades via the Application page. It would be great if this could be implemented in JIRA Data Center and Enterprise Release
