      Issue Summary

       

      We would like for Jira Server UI to match Jira Cloud's UI.

      The main essence of the product which is the latest user interface design which been improved a lot in the cloud edition and we are looking to benefit from it in our server edition.  This includes the navigation menu on the left instead of on the top.
