Currently, there is no pattern or naming convention for the usernames created in Jira.

Suggested Solution

Provide the ability for username convention in Jira limiting with a character or create automatically with Firstname and Lastname.
Example:
Firstname: Victor
Last name: AllanSmith
Jira Username: Victor.Allan (or) Victor.AllanSmith
