Post upgrade screen appears multiple times during zero downtime upgrade

Issue Summary

Performing ZDU, customer have to click on Ignore warnings on each node before proceeding.
Because of this users were not able to login for some time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. ZDU for a datacenter

Expected Results

No user intervention for a user action. Users should always be able to login.
 

Actual Results

Observed admin has to click on Ignore warnings for each node and users are not able to login for that time period.

Referring to the page, section :List of custom changes after upgrade shows this screen would appear
Jira Service Desk 4.3.x release notes
However, it is not expected to show this screen for each node and admin to click on Ignore warning button.

Workaround

Click on each Ignore all button to move ahead with Jira.
