Issue Summary

Customer seeing the following link broken in the log analyzer page in Jira.

https://BaseURL/s/-na3qju/xxxxxxx/1.21.3/_/download/resources/com.atlassian.troubleshooting.plugin-jira:atst-resources/images/xxxx.gif

After removing the "-" character after the "/s/" part of the URL, it loads the image.
