Issue ID changes after moving between projects

      Problem Definition

      User is trying to move issues from one project to another(bulk move). On moving, the issue id changes to some random number. The issue id not following any sequence order.

      Suggested Solution

      User expects the issue id to be the same unless the same issue id is present in the target project or some order
