Issue Summary

Extra non-ascii character is shown at the error message when user input wrong/no value on the "Edit version" screen.
The behavior is seen in 8.6.1.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to the Project settings >> Versions
Create a new version and edit the entry
In the edit window, enter "Empty" value for Name
An error will be seen "You must specify a valid version name" with additional non-ascii character at the end of the error (a Square box).
This is the same behavior for Date error message

Expected Results

The error message should not have non-ascii character
