Change the default option to remove an application's configuration when removing its license.

Whenever you remove an application license through the Versions & licenses page, you are prompted to select whether you want to remove the application's configuration or not.

The option to remove it is marked by default and that could cause issues in specific situations, such as changing Server licenses for Data Center licenses.

It would be great to leave that option unmarked by default to avoid removing application settings by mistake.
