As an administrator, I would like to be able to delete the change issue history rows.
One of our customers stored some confidential/sensitive information in the fields.
They cleared out that info now, but it still shows in the change history.

There is a third-party plugin able to accomplish this, but not available for Jira DC.
There are some Script Runners scripts, but they delete all the change history. It doesn't allow to delete/update a particular row on the history.
And finally, DB manipulation to accomplish this.

It would be nice to have an OOB feature, so admins can easily remove rows from issue's history tab.
