Issue Summary
When a user opens the Create Issue screen, it sets the Priority to the default for the selected Project. If the user then switches to a different Project that's using a different Priority Scheme, it does NOT apply the new default Priority. It simply retains the original value selected.
Steps to Reproduce
Pre Conditions:
- ProjectA is using a Priority Scheme that has the Default set to P3
- ProjectB is using a Priority Scheme that has the Default set to P2
1. View ProjectA.
2. Open the Create Issue screen.
3. Confirm it loads with ProjectA as the Project and the Priority is correctly set to P3.
4. Without making any changes, switch the Project to ProjectB.
Expected Results
It should apply the new P2 default.
Actual Results
The Priority remains P3.
Workaround
Close the create window and open again
