When trying to force garbage collection in Jira ViewMemoryInfo user gets XSRF Security Token Missing error

Issue Summary

When a Jira Admin visits the Memoy Info Page /secure/admin/ViewMemoryInfo.jspa

There exists a resource on this page that shows Jira's Java heap size and a link that allows you to "Force Garbage Collection'.  When trying to click this link in Jira 7.13.9 or 8.4.1 it does not work.

Environment

• Jira 8.4.1
• Tested against multiple browsers

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Jira as a system admin
2. Navigate to /secure/admin/ViewMemoryInfo.jspa
3. Try to click the link for Force garbage collection

Expected Results

Garbage collection is run against the heap.

Actual Results

1. User gets an XRSF error page displayed
2. GC does not run
   

Workaround

• Use the System Info page to force the GC.
