Function "Watch" in Release Notes page does not work.

      Issue Summary

      Function "Watch" in release notes does not work.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira Software Release notes.
      2. Click on the Watch button.

      Expected Results

      The button changes to "Stop Watching" and allows the user to receive notifications whenever a change happens.

      Actual Results

      The button changes to "Stop watching" and about 1 second later, it returns to "Watch" no notifications seem to be triggered.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
