      Problem Definition

      When webhooks called by Jira fail for whatever reason, there's no way to tell Jira to automatically retry these webhooks.

      Suggested Solution

      Implement a webhook retry policy in Jira Server/DC.
      A webhook retry policy is already implemented in Cloud.
