Issue Summary

Customer would like to change the size of workflow transition screen. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 : Create an issue having workflow transition screen.
2. Step 2 : Click on the button to open the Popup and try to resize the screen. 
3. Step 3: It is not possible to resize the screen.
4. Step4: Checked for any other configuration to set the screen size. However no configuration available

Expected Results:

User should have a way to resize the workflow transition screen. 

Actual Results

Screen size remains as it is and cannot be changed. 

Workaround:

No Workaround present.
