Problem Definition

At the moment, there is no limit in linking an issue to another whether it goes to a thousand or more. Due to this, it will be hard to browse the list of tickets linked in the "Issue Links" section. In addition, this has been reported that it will cause a performance problem when those tickets are one of the results when searching for issues.

Suggested Solution

To have an option to limit linking an issue in a single ticket. To have the number to be customizable will be great as well.
