Problem Definition
Jira Mobile app does not support Client Authentication Certificates.
Jira web app from mobile phone browser works in this configuration, but, after setting up Jira with both server and client certificates, dedicated Jira mobile app does not work.
Suggested Solution
Allow Jira Mobile app users to utilize client authentication certificates downloaded and stored on mobile devices.
