Counting error when reassigning issues during workflow change?

When reassigning issues during "change workflow" for a project, the number of "affected issues" looks strange. Perhaps you have forgotten a constraint for the select? Looks like you count all "bugs" and "new features" instead of counting only the affected bugs and the affected new features.
