Creating a hyperlink from copy and paste results in plain text instead of hyperlink

      Issue Summary

      When creating an external link in JIRA it is saved as plain text instead of a hyperlink

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. highlight a line of text inside a comment
      2. select link > external link
      3. paste a url inside (using control shift V) the link

      Expected Results

      JIRA should create a hyperlink

      Actual Results

      it is saved as plain text

      Workaround

      Flip over to text mode, then save the link.
