Issue Summary

When Searching using Russian keyboard for the word "Создано" it doesn't show up because the first letter of the word is from the English keyboard. Not in Russian keyboard which causes issues. The letters might look the same but the formatting is different.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch your profile language to Russian
2. Go to any issue and press Ctrl+F to start a simple search in your browser
3. Using English keyboard type the letter "C"
4. "Cоздано" will show up in the search which is incorrect
5. Now search using a Russian keyboard type "С" or you can copy this

Another way to Reproduce

1. Currently, Press Ctrl+F to start a simple search in your browser.
2. Using English keyboard type the letter "C" and observe the statement below.
   • Russian version with bug. Simple check with
     • Cоздано - the bug. "C" is from the English keyboard.
       • 
     • Создано - correct. "С" is from the Russian keyboard.
       • 

Expected Results

When searching for the word "Создано" using Russian keyboard, the search should return results.

Actual Results

When searching for the word "Создано" using Russian keyboard, the search does not return any results because the first letter is from the English keyboard.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
