Clicking the label in chart gives different number of issues in filter than what the gadget shows

Issue Summary

On gadget view if we have 1 ticket for "a" label and click on it, JIRA navigates us to filter that contains 4 tickets (all tickets in filter), not 1. As well, as we have 3 tickets for "A", we will be navigated to the same filter with 4 tickets.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 3 issues and put the Label as "A"
2. Create 1 issue and put the Label as "a"
3. Create a Gadget to display the issues with the Label "A" & "a"
   
4. Click on any Label, we would expect to see the issues that match the number. However, will be shown the total instead
   
   

Expected Results

Seeing the issues that match with the number was shown in the Gadget

Actual Results

Get the total issues of the Labels instead
