Apps on marketplace.atlassian.com not updated to be compatible with Jira 8.5 release

Issue Summary

Jira 8.5 was released on Wed 22 Oct 2019 but MAC is not aware of the 8.5 release. Apps still showing Jira 8.4.x as the latest compatible version, see below.

This will mark existing Apps as Incompatible in the UPM.

Environment

Jira 8.5

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade Jira to 8.5 ER
2. Navigate to Administration > Manage Add-ons page

Expected Results

Apps have option to update to 8.5 version

Actual Results

Apps have no option to update to 8.5 version

Workaround

Apps that are compatible with Jira 8.4.2 will work with 8.5.0. As a workaround, we can use UPM's file upload method to upgrade/install the app versions that are compatible with 8.4.2 into Jira 8.5.0:

This is being actively fixed with marketplace.atlassian.com, as the problem is not in the Jira product.
